Discover Penmachno
So, you’ve settled in to your spotlessly clean cottage, sampled the delights of your welcome pack… how will you spend your holiday? The cottages are beautifully situated between forest and farmland just a short walk from the village of Penmachno. The quiet and picturesque village is in Eryri National Park (formerly known in English as ‘Snowdonia National Park’) and dates back to at least Roman times and has a very well stocked shop, a pub, a chapel and a church.
Eryri, often described as the outdoor adventure capital of North Wales, is an incredible holiday destination offering mountains, forests, award-winning beaches, the Wales Coast Path, attractions and activities, walking, hiking, narrow-gauge railways, golf, cycling, mountain-biking, castles, wildlife – you name it – it’s here for you.
